At Gray, Gray & Gray we pride ourselves on the quality of the work we do, and the excellence of the people who do it. Putting “the right person in the right seat” is a challenging task, ably handled by Lisa Mavilia.
With responsibility for recruiting and hiring financial and accounting professionals with the highest level of skill and experience, Lisa consistently secures the best people for the job. She also manages important functions related to creating a positive and productive work environment, such as employee relations, benefits administration, compensation practices, training and development, and performance management. She works hard to ensure team members enjoy coming to Gray, Gray & Gray and the work that they do while advancing their careers.
Prior to joining Gray, Gray & Gray Lisa served as a financial recruiter for Robert Half & Company, and an administrative manager for MaineHealth. She attended the University of Massachusetts-Boston and the University of Southern New Hampshire’s continuing education program. Lisa is actively involved in the Neponset River Regional Chamber HR Council and serves on the Gray, Gray & Gray Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
